Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026 · Institutional Transparency Standard

1. Zero Financial Telemetry Architecture

At TradeCalcSuite, we believe your personal financial data, account balances, position sizing, and trade journal records are strictly confidential. Unlike conventional financial applications, our calculation engines execute 100% on your local device (client-side JavaScript). We do not transmit, log, store, or analyze your portfolio values or trading inputs on any server.

2. Local Storage and Client-Side State

Universal trading variables (such as default account size, default risk percentage, and offline journal entries) are saved directly in your web browser's local sandbox (localStorage). This information never leaves your machine and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

3. Third-Party Advertising and Cookies

To maintain TradeCalcSuite as a free, open utility, we may partner with third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense and financial affiliate partners.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to TradeCalcSuite and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.

4. Analytics and Server Logs

We employ privacy-preserving, cookie-less infrastructure analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to monitor aggregate traffic volume, page load performance, and system uptime. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is captured, sold, or shared with third parties.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Because TradeCalcSuite does not maintain remote user databases or collect personal identity records, we do not monetize or sell your personal data. European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents retain full control over their data simply by clearing their browser's local cache.

6. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

TradeCalcSuite is designed strictly for adult individuals engaging in financial education and analysis. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 13.

7. Outbound Links to Third-Party Services

Our pages may contain links to external brokerages, regulatory websites (such as FINRA, SEC, or CFTC), and advertiser platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or cookie collection mechanisms of these third-party domains.
